Cat Family

Mocha (dark Tortiseshell) is the mother of Luna (grey) and Imp (light orange). I rescued Mocha from the basement of an apartment building that I was renting out. Of course she was pregnant! Today the cats have very happy lives.

Buildings

This was taken from the parking garage where I park to go to the YMCA to take exercise classes at lunch.

I've acquired some more fine art for my collection.

I got this at the Salvation Army. I love it! It's so delightfully tacky and the epitome of 70s art. I go to the salvation army every week or so and I kept seeing it there for weeks and weeks so I bought it for 2.99.

I used to work in an art supply warehouse in San Francisco in the 1990s. I was the manager of his close out store. He had owned several large craft supply stores in the 70s and they did very well, until all of the sudden the bottom dropped out of the macrame market. 70s crafts like macrame and decopage went out of style overnight and he was left with tons of supplies. It was my job to sell them every weekend. This reminds me of that store!
